Between March and May 2024, Dear Architects organised a survey among architectural workers, working as freelancers for Flemish or Brussels offices.

It was completed by 522 participants.

We believe that a better socio-economic position for architectural workers contributes to a better industry for all! How can we expect society to value architects if architecture itself doesn't value its workers?
